Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and many regions in South America, the Middle East, and Oceania. We do not ship to restricted regions such as North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, and Sudan.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also track your order on our website at any time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging). Custom items and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping and any related fees.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at server@hsrse.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo or video if the item is damaged. We’ll guide you through the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
